Fry Half the Garlic

Add Raw Garlic

Season and Top Luffa
USESSalt (0.5 teaspoon)·Chicken Powder (0.5 teaspoon)

Garnish with Chilli
USESRed Hot Pepper, sliced into rings (2 stick)

Steam the Luffa

Make the Sauce
USESClear Chicken Broth, (for sauce) simmered (60 ml)·Oyster Sauce, (for sauce) mixed in (1 tablespoon)·White Sugar, (for sauce) dissolved (1 tablespoon)·Light Soy Sauce, (for sauce) mixed in (0.5 tablespoon)
