Canned Tuna, rinsed, squeezed dry (2 can)
Use scissors to open the canned tuna fish.

Rinse tuna under cold running water for about one minute to remove oil.

Take portions of tuna and squeeze firmly with both hands to remove all water.

Slice Tomato and Chop Vegetables

Tomato, thinly sliced (1 piece)·Onion, finely chopped (1 piece)·Cornichons, finely chopped (as needed)
Cut tomato into thin slices, then finely chop the onion and pickled cucumber.

Combine Tuna and Onion
Add the chopped onion into the drained tuna and mix together.

Spread Tuna on Bread
Spread a thick, even layer of tuna mixture over the bread.

Place tomato slices and diced cucumber on top of the tuna.
